Spouse Day at FSC
The Family Support Center will be sponsoring the Heart Link program and Military Spouse Day May 13 at the FSC from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Heart Link program is designed to enhance family preparedness and mission readiness by educating spouses, who have been with the military for five years or less, on many aspects of the military.
We will teach them about missions, customs, traditions, protocol and to familiarize them with the many service agencies available. In doing so, we can give them the knowledge they need to help build a strong and stable military family.
In honor of Military Spouse Day we will have an opportunity to express appreciation to our military spouse's for the significant role they play in helping to maintain the well-being of our service members, family and military community.
Complimentary snacks will be provided, and great give-a ways will be available. Spouses from all branches of service are eligible to attend.
RSVP to the Family Support Center at 828-2721. For specific questions about the program, contact Edna Fermin at 828-0138. (Courtesy of Family Support Center)
